Today we went a little over an hour east of where we live to have lunch at a restaurant owned by one of the owners of our school. La Casona del Cafetal Is located on Cachi lake just outside of Cartago. We very rarely make our way to the other side of town, but I am glad we did today. The scenery was beautiful, the food was delicious, and the company is always amazing.
It looks like we will be sticking around Costa Rica for a while. After almost two years we have seen a lot, but have barely scratched the surface of all this wonderful country has to offer.
